All sectional title schemes management act was amended during October 2016 to compel all complexes to obtain a 10 years maintenance plan and costings.

At Fixed Cost Property Maintenance we are able to provide report on the current state of your complex and the expect ongoing maintenance cost for the ensuring 10 years.

We will inspect all areas that fall under the mandate of the body corporate.

We will not include day to day maintenance items that are normally unknown, but can easily be accounted for by an auditing of your previous 3 years of audited financials.

We will not include items of an insurable nature or planned capex items (i.e storm or crime damage).

If you have legible drawing showing the layout and area dimensions of your complex our fees will range from R7000 to R18000 dependent on the size, age and condition of your building.
